Business-focused workshops enable more clarity, focus and motivation toward a collective vision. They do this by questioning whether this vision is in line with the highest principles of the company and those in charge. Further down the line, the collective and individual blocks within the team members are allowed to express themselves and feel unconditionally without judgement or fear as these fears are uncovered and let go of the belief in the vision increases individually and collectively.

We carry the past in ways that affect how we parent and, therefore, what our child takes from this. As we learn to let go of this baggage, we find ourselves surrounded by new possibilities and a life of parenting which is effortless and powerful. The principle is that without the successful and conscious release of our suppressed emotions, we will be stuck in repeating patterns of negativity and turmoil. Only by facing and embracing that which we have run away from will we be able to overcome self-defeating behaviour that limits our ability to communicate with our child.
